1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing agimstudio.com, playing Boundary Inc. (boundaryinc.agimstudio.com), purchasing digital/physical books and merchandise, or using Cadence (Creator Edition / Cloud SaaS), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Digital Products

All AGIM character designs, animations, books (including The AGIM Colouring Book, Agim vs. The Fitted Sheet, The AGIM Joke Book, and AGIM's Wisdoms), and Boundary Inc. game assets are copyright © Agim Studio.
Digital downloads purchased via Gumroad or agimstudio.com are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Cadence SaaS & Third-Party API Connections

When you connect your Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok account to Cadence via OAuth, you grant Cadence permission to publish media containers and read channel insights at your direction.
You remain solely responsible for the content (videos, captions, audio) you upload and schedule through your connected social accounts and for complying with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok community guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agim Studio provides experimental software and early-access game prototypes on an "as-is" basis.
