Before we look at any numbers, websites, or tools, this slide is just for the two of us. Why build Agim Studio at all? Because we don't want to spend the next 20 years pouring all of our best energy into someone else's shareholders—and we want to build something deeply honest that helps people become who they were made to be.
“Agim” means dawn or new beginning. Even though we don't publicise my pastoral calling on the storefront yet, it sits at the very root of why we do this: to genuinely love and empower people, to model unshakeable integrity in business, and to design a life where a part-time corporate role (~$100k base) + Agim Studio gives us complete freedom for family, ministry, and the things that matter for eternity.
Zero monthly retainers. We never trap people or small businesses in ongoing subscriptions. We build their tool, hand them the Owner's Manual (RULES.md), and let them graduate self-sufficient.
Zero fake reviews on our site. Pre-launch cards explicitly say “Here is what I want my feedback to be like,” and real callers get a cryptographic receipt badge + opt-in Peer Vouching.
For businesses, it's never “I'll fix you.” We sit with the frontline staff first, map how they work, filter out “Boss AI Psychosis,” and build onto their craft with full employee buy-in.
Every workflow is judged by one question: Does this return real hours to our family and sleep, or create 2:00 AM rabbit holes? Strictly capped at Tuesday & Thursday evening slots.
The AI market is full of two extremes: expensive corporate agencies charging $5,000/month retainers, or 22-year-old YouTubers selling generic ChatGPT prompt packs. Neither of them has the 4-part combination I bring to the table.
Soon anyone will be able to say: “Hey Google, text my friend happy birthday and send them an ice-cream scoop.” Does that kill Agim Studio? No—it makes us 10x more valuable:
RULES.md).Because I have ideas for funny animations, personal budget tools, AND serious business/school systems, we built Agim Signal (Agim PR) to split our marketing cleanly into three lanes that all feed the exact same engine.
Who it reaches: Everyday scrollers, gamers, kids & curious creators.
What we show: 4-Beat slapstick animations (`@agim.ai` with 2.5M+ views) + showing how a 5-minute game prompt becomes Boundary Inc. in 1 week.
How it gets leads: Free Arcade → $15 Creative Builder Sprint & Books.
Who it reaches: Busy parents, household budgeters & retirees.
What we show: Turning 3 messy bank CSV exports into a 4-minute offline budget, or turning 40 years of family stories into a printed hardcover book.
How it gets leads: $15 15-Min Sprint → $150 Deep Dive & $29 Field Kits.
Who it reaches: Tradies, SMB owners, multi-site managers & school principals.
What we show: 90-second ute voice memo to itemised quote, Frontline Buy-In (no stampeding staff), and the School “Homework vs. Exam” Seminar.
How it gets leads: $1,000 Option A Build • $2,500 Governance • $1,500 School Seminar.
Step 1: A short video or warm network intro brings someone to the low-risk $15 / 15-Minute Sprint.
Step 2: They learn so much in 15 minutes they either extend on the spot (up to $45) or take their 5-Slide Action Deck and run with it solo.
Step 3: Three weeks later, they post a ✅ Certified Real Person win on our Graduation Wall, opt in to vouch for me to their mates, and come back when they want a $150 Deep Dive, a $1,000 Business Build, or a $1,500 School Seminar.
Most AI people pretend there are no downsides. We take the opposite stance: we teach families, schools, and businesses how to stay safe from deepfakes, misinformation, and brain atrophy.
The Research Hook (Wharton / UPenn Study): Kids given bare ChatGPT scored 48% higher on homework, but 17% WORSE in closed-book written exams because the AI acted as a crutch that replaced their thinking.
What We Teach in a 60–90 Min School / Parent Assembly:
STUDY_RULES.md): How to configure AI so it refuses to give you the answer and instead quizzes you, spots gaps in your logic, and generates closed-book paper practice tests.I don't want Agim Studio to look like a cold "tech-bro" website. I want it to feel warm, trustworthy, and grounded—and I'd love your eye on our colours, typography, and vibe. Click any palette or font below to test it across this whole deck right now:
Timeless Australian craft, Oxford library meets modern studio.
Warm, bookish, sun-lit editorial kitchen-table feel.

There is zero pressure to take on another job. The whole point of Agim Studio is to give our family more margin, not add stress. Here are 5 ways you could plug in whenever it brings you joy—click the buttons on each card to mark how it feels:
Have final veto power on colors, book covers, merch t-shirts/mugs (`shop.html`), and website layouts so everything we put in the world feels warm, human, and tasteful.
Co-create or edit our illustrated books (Agim vs. The Fitted Sheet, The AGIM Joke Book) and our “Brain in a Box” family recipe & story hardcover kits.
Help shape the parent and student perspective for our Schools AI & Deepfake Safety Seminar so it connects deeply with mums, dads, and teachers.
Hold the official red brake lever: if you ever see me leaking ideas past 10:30 PM or letting laptop time creep into family time, your word immediately parks it in the Vault.
Zero operational tasks at all—just a 15-minute Sunday afternoon coffee together where I show you the week's Graduation Wins and we steer the big family decisions together.
We will never do a reckless "quit my job tomorrow" leap. Instead, the dream is a hybrid structure: keep a high-value corporate role 3 days a week (~$100k base cashflow covering our core bills), run Agim Studio 1 to 1.5 days a week as our high-margin primary/secondary engine, and unlock full days for pastoral ministry, school seminars, and family.
